95  | 和平六年五月甲辰，即皇帝位，大赦。尊皇后曰皇太后。车骑大将军乙浑矫诏杀尚书杨保年、平阳公贾爱仁、南阳公张天度于禁中。戊申，司徒公、平原王陆丽自汤泉入朝，又杀之。己酉，以浑为太尉公，以录尚书事、东安王刘尼为司徒公，以尚书左仆射和其奴为司空公。六月，封繁阳侯李嶷为丹杨王，征东大将军冯熙为昌黎王。秋七月癸巳，以太尉乙浑为丞相，位居诸王上，事无大小皆决焉。九月庚子，曲赦京师。丙午，诏曰：「先朝以州牧亲人，宜置良佐，故敕有司班九条之制，使前政选吏以待后人。然牧司举非其人，愆于典度。今制刺史守宰到官之日，仰自举人望忠信，以为选官，不论前政，共相平置。若简任失所，以罔上论。」是月，宋义阳王刘昶自彭城来奔。冬十月，征阳平王新成、京兆王子推、济阴王小新成、汝阴王天赐、任城王云入朝。十一月，宋湘东王彧杀其主子业而自立。 |
