63  | 长安、万年二县人居京城者，给复三年。壬申，幸同州。遣大使『巡察诸州。制九条，宣下州郡。其母族绝服外者，听婚。以上柱国、薛公长孙览为大司徒，柱国、杨公王谊为大司空。丙戌，以柱国、永昌公椿为大司寇。九月丁酉，以柱国宇文盛、张掖公王杰、枹罕公辛威、郧国公韦孝宽并为上柱国。庚戌，封皇弟元为荆王。诏诸应拜者，皆以三拜成礼。冬十月癸酉，至自同州。戊子，百济遣使朝贡。十一月己亥，讲武于道会苑，帝亲擐甲。是月，突厥犯边，围酒泉，杀掠吏士。十二月甲子，以柱国、毕王贤为大司空。己丑，以上柱国、河阳总管、滕王逌为行军元帅，伐陈。免京师见徒，并令从军。 |
