31  | 诏之曰：「亢阳不雨，岂朕德薄，刑赏乖中欤？将公卿大臣，或非其人欤？宜尽直言，无有所隐。」公卿各引咎自责，其夜澍雨。六月庚子，改置宿卫官员。秋七月辛丑，陈人来聘。九月庚子朔，日有蚀之。庚申，扶风掘地得玉杯以献。冬十月庚午，诏江陵所获俘虏充官口者，悉免为百姓。辛未，遣小匠师杨勰使于陈。大司马、绥德公陆通薨。十一月丙午，上亲御六军，讲武于城南。庚戌，行幸羌桥，集京城东诸都督以上，颁赐各有差。乙卯，还宫。壬戌，以大司空、赵公招为大司马。十二月壬申，行幸斜谷，集京城西诸都督以上，颁赐有差。丙戌，还宫。己丑，帝御正武殿，亲录囚徒，至夜而罢。庚寅，幸道会苑，以上善殿壮丽，遂焚之。 |
