《卷三魏本纪第三》
4  | 三年春正月庚辰，诏员外散骑常侍崔演使于宋。丁亥，改崇光宫为宁光宫。二月戊午，太上皇帝至自北讨，饮至策勋，告于宗庙。甲戌，诏县令能静一县劫盗者，兼理二县，即食其禄；能静三县者，三年迁为郡守。二千石能静二郡上至三郡，亦如之，三年迁为刺史。三月壬午，诏诸仓屯谷麦充积者，出赐贫人。夏四月戊申，诏假司空、上党王长孙观等讨吐谷浑拾寅。壬子，诏以孔子二十八世孙鲁郡孔乘为崇圣大夫，给十户以供洒扫。六月甲子，诏曰：「往年县召秀才二人，问守宰善恶，而赏者未几，罪者众多，肆法伤生，情所未忍。诸为人所列者，特原其罪，尽可代之。」秋七月，诏河南六州人，户收绢一匹、绵一斤、租三十石。丁亥，行幸阴山。 |
