38  | 六年春正月甲子，党项羌内附。庚午，班历于突厥。壬申，使户部尚书苏威巡省山东。二月乙酉，山南荆浙七州水，遣前工部尚书长孙毗振恤之。丙戌，制刺史上佐，每岁暮，更入朝上考课。丁亥，发丁男十一万修筑长城，二旬而罢。庚子，大赦。三月己未，洛阳男子高德上书，请帝为太上皇，传位皇太子。帝曰：「朕承天命，抚育苍生，日旰孜孜，犹恐不逮。岂学近代帝王，事不师古，传位于子，自求逸乐哉。」癸亥，突厥沙钵略可汗遣使朝贡。夏四月己亥，陈人来聘。秋七月辛亥，河南诸州水。乙丑，京师雨毛如马尾，长者二尺馀，短者有六七寸。八月辛卯关内七州旱，蠲其赋税。遣散骑常侍裴世豪使于陈。戊申，上柱国、太师、申公李穆薨。闰月丁卯，皇太子镇洛阳。辛未，晋王广、秦王俊并来朝。丙子，上柱国郕公梁士彦、上柱国杞公宇文忻、柱国舒公刘昉谋反，伏诛。上柱国、许公宇文善有罪，除名。九月辛巳，帝素服御射殿，诏百寮射梁士彦三家资物。丙戌，上柱国、宋安公元景山卒。辛丑，诏振恤大象以来死事之家。冬十月己酉，以河北道行台尚书令、并州总管、晋王广为雍州牧，馀官如故。以兵部尚书杨尚希为礼部尚书。癸丑，置山南道行台尚书省于襄州，以秦王俊为尚书令。 |
