9  | 庚寅，诏曰：「朕以虚薄，嗣弘王业，思所以赞扬盛绩，播之万古。虽史官执笔，有闻无坠，犹恐绪言遗美，时或未书。在位王公、文武大小，降及庶人，爰至僧徒，或亲奉音旨，或承传旁说，凡可载之文籍，悉条封上。」甲午，诏曰：「魏世议定《麟趾格》，遂为通制，官司施用，犹未尽善。群官可更论讨新令。未成之间，仍以旧格从事。」九月癸丑，以领东夷校尉、辽东郡开国公、高丽王成为使持节、侍中、骠骑大将军、领护东夷校尉，王、公如故。丁卯，诏以梁侍中、使持节、假黄钺、都督中外诸军事、大将军、承制邵陵王萧纶为梁王。庚午，幸晋阳。是日，皇太子入居凉风堂，监国。冬十月己卯，法驾，御金辂，入晋阳宫，朝皇太后于内殿。 |
