11  | 太和元年春正月乙酉，改元。辛亥，起太和、安昌二殿。己酉，秦州略阳人王元寿聚众，自号冲天王。云中饥，开仓振恤。二月辛未，秦益二州刺史、武都公尉洛侯讨破王元寿。三月庚子，以雍州刺史、东阳王歪为司徒。丙午，诏曰：「去年牛疫，死伤大半。今东作既兴，人须肄业，其敕在所督课田农，有牛者加勤于常岁，无牛者倍庸于馀年。一夫制田四十亩，中男二十亩，无令人有馀力，地有遗利。」 |
