29  | 三年春二月乙未，诏曰：「肆州秀容郡敷城县、雁门郡原平县并自去年四月以来，山鸣地震，于今不已。告谴彰咎，朕甚惧焉。可恤瘼宽刑，以答灾谴。」夏四月，青州人饥。辛巳，开仓振恤。乙巳，上御申讼车，亲理冤讼。秋八月甲申，帝临朝堂，考百司而加黜陟。冬十一月辛亥，诏司徒高肇为大将军、平蜀大都督，步骑十五万，西伐益州。丁巳，幽州沙门刘僧绍聚众反，自号净居国明法王。州郡捕斩之。十二月庚寅，诏立明堂。是岁，东夷、西域八国并遣使朝贡。 |
