39  | 乙亥岁春二月壬戌，王师拔金陵关城。三月丁巳，吴越攻我常州，权知州事禹万诚以城降，诛神卫都指挥使皇甫继勋。彗出五车，色白，长五尺。夏六月，转见西方，犯太微，六十日灭。王师及吴越围润州，留后刘澄以城降。吴越遂会王师，围金陵。洪州节度使朱令贇帅胜兵十五万赴难，旌旗战舰甚盛，编木为栰，长百馀丈，大舰容千人，令贇所乘舰尤大，拥甲士，建大将旗鼓，将断采石浮桥。至皖口，与王师遇，倾火油焚北船，适北风反焰自焚，我军大溃，令贇及战棹都虞候王晖皆被执。外援既绝，金陵益危蹙。王师百道攻城，昼夜不休，城中米斗万钱，人病足弱，死者相枕籍。国主两遣徐铉等厚贡方物，求缓兵守祭祀，皆不报。冬十一月，白虹贯天，昼晦。乙丑，城陷，将军呙彦、马承信，及弟承俊帅壮士数百，力战而死。勤政殿学士锺蒨朝服坐于家，乱兵至，举族就死不去。光政使、右内史侍郎陈乔请死不许，自缢死。国主帅司空、知左右内史事殷崇义等肉袒降于军门。明年正月辛未，至京师。乙亥，授右千牛卫上将军，封违命侯。太宗即位，加特进，改封陇西公。太平兴国三年六月辛卯殂，年四十二。是日，七夕也，后主盖以是日生。赠太师，追封吴王，葬洛阳北邙山。 |
