8  | 升元六年。春正月甲子，月犯填星，退行在毕。闰月甲申朔，改天长制置使为建武军。庚寅，汉使区延保来聘，癸巳，闽使尚食使林弘嗣来聘。都下大水，秦淮溢，东都火，焚数千家，二月已未，以左丞相太保宋齐丘知尚书省事。初，齐丘雷求预政，帝许中书视事，又以两省事多委给事舍人，剧务多在尚书省，又求知省事，许之，夏五月。左丞相太保宋齐丘罢为镇南军节度使，六月，常，宜，歙三州大雨，涨溢，汉使萧规来告哀，废朝三日，庚午，契丹使掠姑米里来聘，献马五驷。大蟥自淮北蔽空而至。辛未，命州县捕蟥，瘗之。庚辰，荧惑犯房次将，辛巳，禁节度刺史给摄署牒。秋八月甲申，汉使法物使公孙惠来谢袭礼。九月庚寅，颁升元删定条，冬十月，诏曰：前朝失御，四方崛起者众，武人用事，德化壅而不宣，朕甚悼焉。三事大夫。其为朕举用儒者。罢去苛政，与吾民更始。十二月，闽使徐弘续，汉使滕绍英。吴越使右武卫大将军蒋璠。来贺仁寿节。 |
