4  | 乾德元年六月，命大理正奚屿知馆陶县，常参官知县自屿等始也。《注》、《实录》，建隆二年十一月，以祠部郎中王景逊为河南令，不知诸书何故乃言知县始此，岂令与知县不同乎？出李焘《长编》按，京朝官出为赤县令者不复带本官，自唐以来皆然。如建隆四年以水部员外郎李癸为浚仪令，兵部员外郎柴自牧为□□令之类。至是奚屿始带大理正出知馆陶县，故史臣云「常参官知县」自屿始也。然建隆二年六月甲寅，曹州冤句令曹陟以清干闻，擢左拾遗，知县事又在奚屿之前，则「常参官知县」不自屿始矣。岂非陟以就任改秩之故，不得为事始，而史臣特取「常参官自京都出知外县者」而记之耶？大抵国初之制，朝官出为县令则解内职，朝官出为知县则带本官。由此言之，令与知县不同甚明。 |
