1  | 南京廿一日备知北京被陷，确信九卿科道连日会议，以亲以贤，及福藩总督马士英致书南中。言已传谕，将士奉福王为三军主。 廿七日，诸臣谒陵定议勋臣，又当面詈及文臣者。 廿八日哭告太庙。兵部尚书史可法督师浦口，先于廿六日具公启迎王，差礼部司务迎至仪真。 廿九日午后，王泊舟燕子矶。 三十日，百官恭迎接见。王荅兵部尚书，大意谓国母尚无消息，只身避难，宫眷未携一人，初意欲避在浙东僻地，迎立决不敢当等语。及挨次进见，对勋臣痛哭，素衣角带；群臣行礼，皆以手扶，侍茶欵语，极其宽和。言及迎立，即力辞，言封疆大计，惟仗诸位先生主持。 |
