《本纪第二》
71  | 十月丙戌朔，次奉圣州。诏曰；「朕屡敕将臣，安辑怀附，无或侵扰。然愚民无知，尚多逃匿山林，即欲加兵，深所不忍。今其逃散人民，罪无轻重，咸与矜免。有能率众归附者，授之世官。或奴婢先其主降，并释为良。其布告之，使谕朕意。」蔚州降。庚寅，余睹等遣蔚州降臣翟昭彦、徐兴、田庆来见。命昭彦、庆皆为刺史，兴为团练使。诏曰：「比以幽、蓟一方招之不服，今欲帅师以往，故先安抚山西诸部。汝等既已怀服，宜加抚存。官民未附已前，罪无轻重及系官逋负，皆与释免，诸官各迁叙之。」丁酉，蔚州翟昭产、田庆杀知州事萧观宁等以叛。丙午，复降。 |
