80  | 十月乙未朔，上谓侍臣曰：「近闻朕所幸郡邑，会宴寝堂宇，后皆避之，此甚无谓，可宣谕，令仍旧居止。」戊申，还都。丁巳，上谓宰臣曰：「海陵不辨人才优劣，惟徇己欲，多所升擢。朕即位以来，以此为戒，止取实才用之。近闻蠡州同知移剌延寿在官污滥，询其出身，乃正隆时鹰房子。如鹰房、厨人之类，可典城牧民耶？自今如此局分，不得授以临民职任。」以御史中丞孟浩为参知政事。是日，参知政事耨碗温敦兀带薨。辛酉，敕有司于东宫凉楼前增建殿位，孟浩谏曰：「皇太子虽为储贰，宜示以俭德，不当与至尊宫室相俟。」乃罢之。 |
