23  | 三月庚申，大睦亲府进重修《玉牒》。平章政事张万公乞致政，不许。壬戌，命有司祷雨。癸亥，雨。户部尚书孙铎、大理卿完颜撒剌、国子司业蒙括仁本召对便殿。丙寅，如万宁宫。戊辰，定妻亡服内婚娶听离制。亲王、宰执、百官再请上尊号。不许。庚午，以知大兴府事卜为御史大夫。丙子，尚书省奏：「拟同知商州事蒲察西京为济南府判官。」上曰：「宰相岂可止徇人情，要当重惜名爵。此人不堪，朕常记之，止与七品足矣！」庚辰，以上京留守徒单镒为平章政事，封济国公。辛巳，定本国婚聘礼制。改山东东路旧皇城猛安名曰合里哥阿邻。 |
