14  | 三月庚寅，以翰林学士刘长言等为宋生日使。壬辰，诏广燕城，建宫室。己亥，谓侍臣曰：「昨太子生日，皇后献朕一物，大是珍异，卿试观之。」即出诸绛囊中，乃田家稼穑圆。「后意太子生深宫之中，不知民间稼穑之艰难，故以为献，朕甚贤之。」四月丙午，诏迁都燕京。辛酉，有司图上燕城宫室制度，营建阴阳五姓所宜。海陵曰：「国家吉凶，在德不在地。使桀、纣居之，虽卜善地何益。使尧、舜居之，何用卜为。」丙寅，罢岁贡鹰隼。沂州男子吴真犯法，当死，有司以其母老疾无侍为请，命官与养济，著为令。闰月辛未朔，命尚书右丞张浩调选燕京，仍谕浩无私徇。丙子，命太官常膳惟进鱼肉，旧贡鹅鸭等悉罢之。丁丑，罢皇统间苑中所养禽兽。归德军节度使阿鲁补以撤官舍材木构私第，赐死。戊戌，诏朝官称疾不治事者，尚书省令监察御史与太医同诊视，无实者坐之。 |
