19  | 十一月癸未，陜西东路行省报安塞堡败夏人之捷。甲申，谕太府减损食品。庚寅，募民兴南阳水田。壬辰，太子、亲王、百官表贺安塞堡之捷，却之。乙未，夏人攻龛谷。宋人攻蕲县。红袄贼掠宿州。辛丑，诏蠲徐、邳、宿、泗等州逋租，官民有能垦辟闲田，除来年科征。归德、亳、寿、颍停阁逋户租外，仍蠲三之一。逋户田庐有司募民承业，禁其毁损，以俟来复。蒲城县民李文秀等谋反，伏诛。壬寅，宋人焚颍州，执防御判官而去。是日，相国寺火。大元兵攻延安。 |
