49  | 九月辛丑朔，天寿节，宋、高丽、夏遣使来贺。壬寅，遣官分诣上京、东京、北京、咸平、临潢、西京等路招募汉军，不足则签补之。乙巳，以夏使朝辞，诏答许复保安、兰州榷场。丁未，以知归德府事完颜愈为贺宋生日使。癸丑，以上京留守粘割斡特剌为平章政事。辛酉，以枢密使兼平章政事襄，知大兴府事胥持国为枢密副使、权参知政事，行省于北京。乙丑，始置军器监，掌治戎器，班少府监下，设甲坊、利器二署隶焉。丁卯，分遣官于东、西、北京，河北等路，中都二节镇，买牛五万头。冬十月庚午朔，初设讲议所官十员，共议钱谷，以中都路转运使孙铎、户部侍郎高汝砺等为之。庚辰，尚书省奏，高丽国牒报，其王以老疾，令母弟晫权国事。壬午，尚书省行推排。丁亥，皇子寿王薨。壬辰，诏奖谕西南路招讨使仆散揆等有功将士。甲午，大雪，以米千石赐普济院，令为粥以食贫民。丙申，以礼部员外郎蒙括仁本为夏国生日使。 |
