50  | 十一月丁酉朔，诏诸路按察使并兼转运使。初设三司使，掌判盐铁、度支、劝农事。以枢密使纥石烈子仁兼三司使。癸卯，诏戒谕尚书省曰：「国家之治，在于纪纲。纪纲所先，赏罚必信。今乃上自省部之重，下逮司县之间，律度弗循，私怀自便。迁延旷岁，茍且成风，习此为恒，从何致理？朝廷者百官之本，京师者诸夏之仪。其勖自今，各惩已往，遵绳奉法，竭力赴功。无枉挠以循情，无依违而避势，壹归于正，用范乃民。」是日，御临武殿试护卫。丁未，敕谕临潢泰州路兵马都总管承裔等修边备。乙卯，上不豫。丙辰，崩于福安殿，年四十一。大安元年春正月，谥曰宪天光运仁文义武神圣英孝皇帝，庙号章宗。二月甲申，葬道陵。 |
