29  | 九月甲寅朔，天寿节，宋、高丽遣使来贺。戊午，命枢密使宗浩、礼部尚书贾铉佩金符行省山东等路括地。己未，尚书省奏：「西北路招讨使独吉思忠言，各路边堡墙隍，西自坦舌，东至胡烈公，几六百里，向以起筑匆遽，并无女墙副堤。近令修完，计工七十五万，止役戍军，未尝动民，今已毕功。」上赐诏奖谕。修《玉牒》成。定皇族收养异姓男为子者徒三年，姓同者减二等，立嫡违法者徒一年。癸亥，如蓟州秋山。冬十月庚寅，至自秋山。庚子，风霾。宋遣使来告哀。辛丑，集百官于尚书省，问：「间者亢旱，近则久阴，岂政有错谬而致然欤？」各以所见对。以礼部郎中刘公宪为高丽生日使。丁未，猎于近郊。以宿直将军完颜观音奴为夏国生日使。 |
