13  | 三月丙戌朔，上御仁安殿，祈雨，仍望祭于北郊。庚寅，宋人围唐、邓，行元帅府事完颜讹论力战却之。前邓州千户孛术鲁毛良虎自拔归国，讹论便宜迁其官三阶，授同知唐州事，乞正授以示信，从之。乙未，罢河南路行三司。丙申，参知政事徒单思忠进尚书右丞、兼修国史，以太子詹事仆散毅夫为参知政事。谕宰臣曰：「今奉御、奉职多不留心采访外事。闻章宗时近侍人秩满，以所采事定升降。今亦宜预为考核之法，以激劝之。」戊戌，长春节，免朝。己亥，夏因叛人窦赵儿之招，入据来羌城，孛术鲁合住以重赏诱胁从人为内应，督兵急攻城，拔之。省试经义进士，考官于常额外多放乔松等十馀人。有司奏请驳放，上已允，寻复遣谕松等曰：「汝等中选而复黜，不能无动于心。方今久旱，恐伤和气，今特恩放汝矣。」庚子，赐林州行元帅府经历官康琚进士及第。琚以武阶乞赴廷试，故有是命。丙午，以旱筑坛祀雷雨师。壬子，雨。 |
