37  | 六月乙巳朔，诏朝官六品、外官五品以上，及亲王举通钱谷官一人。不举者罚，举不当者论如律。己酉，以山东盗，制同党能自杀捕出首官赏法。戊午，乌古论谊为元帅左监军，完颜撒剌为元帅左都监。乙丑，遣使捕蝗。秋七月庚辰，朝献于衍庆宫。壬午，诏民间交易、典质，一贯以上并用交钞，毋用钱。乙酉，敕尚书省：「自今初受监察者令进利害帖子，以待召见。」甲午，左副元帅匡至自许州。乙未，诏核西夏人口，尽赎放还，敢有藏匿者以违制论。 |
