74  | 七年正月丁巳，辽奚王回离保僭称帝。甲子，辽平州节度使时立爱降。诏曲赦平州。又诏谙班勃极烈曰：「比遣昂徙诸部民人于岭东，而昂悖戾，骚动烦扰，致多怨叛。其违命失众，当置重典。若或有疑，禁锢以待。」庚午，诏中京都统斡论曰：「闻卿抚定人民，各安其业，朕甚嘉之。回离保聚徒逆命，汝宜计画，无使滋蔓。」壬申，诏招谕回离保。癸酉，以时立爱言招抚诸部。己卯，宋使来议燕京、西京地。庚辰，宜、锦、乾、显、成、川、豪、懿等州皆降。甲申，诏曰：「诸州部族归附日浅，民心未宁。今农事将兴，可遣分谕典兵之官，无纵军士动扰人民，以废农业。」 |
