《本纪第二》
75  | 二月乙酉朔，命撒八诏谕兴中府，降之。辽来州节度使田颢、隰州刺史杜师回、迁州刺史高永福、润州刺史张成皆降。壬辰，诏谙版勃极烈曰：「郡县今皆抚定，有逃散未降者，已释其罪，更宜招谕之。前后起迁户民，去乡未久，岂无怀土之心？可令所在有司，深加存恤，毋辄有骚动。衣食不足者，官赈贷之。」癸巳，诏曰：「顷因兵事未息，诸路关津绝其往来。今天下一家，若仍禁之，非所以便民也。自今显、咸、东京等路往来，听从其便。其间被虏及鬻身者，并许自赎为良。」仍令驰驿布告。兴中、宜州复叛。宋使赵良嗣来，请加岁币以代燕税，及议画疆与遣使贺正旦生辰、置榷场交易，并计议西京等事。癸卯，银术哥、铎剌如宋。乙巳，诏都统杲曰：「新附之民有材能者，可录用之。」戊申，诏平州官与宋使同分割所与燕京六州之地。癸丑，大赦。 |
