4  | 三月丁卯，日昏无光，大风毁宣阳门鸱尾。癸酉，命大兴府祈雨。戊寅，幸太极宫。诏定前代帝王合致祭者。尚书省奏：「三皇、五帝、四王，已行三年一祭之礼。若夏太康，殷太甲、太戊、武丁，周成王、康王、宣王，汉高祖、文、景、武、宣、光武、明帝、章帝，唐高祖、文皇一十七君致祭为宜。」从之。乙酉，祈雨于北郊。丁亥，如万宁宫。壬辰，祈雨于社稷。辽阳府判官民斜卯刘家以上书论列朝臣，削官一阶，罢之。夏四月丙申，诏定县令以下考课法。已亥，祈雨于太庙。庚子，增定关防奸细格。丙午，定衣服制。以祈雨，望祀岳镇海渎于北郊。癸丑，祈雨于社稷。甲寅，以久旱，下诏责躬，求直言，避正殿，减膳撤乐，省御厩马，免旱灾州县徭役及今年夏税。遣使审系囚，理冤狱。乙卯，宰臣上表待罪。诏答曰：「朕德有愆，上天示异。卿等各趋乃职，思副朕怀。」戊午，以西上阁门使张偁等为故高丽国王王晫敕祭使，东上阁门使石悫等为高丽国王王韺慰问起复横赐使。庚申，祈雨于太庙。壬戌，万宁宫端门灾。 |
