9  | 八月戊申，陜西行省报木波贼犯洮州败绩，遁去。木星昼见于昴，六十有七日乃伏。己酉，海州经略司表官军与宋人战石湫南，战涟水县，战中土桥，宋兵败绩。壬子，削御史大夫永锡官爵，有司论失律当斩，上以近族，特贳其死。癸丑，宋人攻确山县，为官军所败，诏谕国内军士，使知宋人渝盟之故，仍命大臣议其事。乙卯，集贤院谘议官朱盖上书陈御敌三策。壬戌，海州经略使阿不罕奴失剌败宋人于其境。提控李元与宋人战，屡捷，多所俘获。徙栏通渡经略司于黄陵岗。乙丑，制增定擒捕逃军赏格及居停人罪。丙寅，左司谏仆散毅夫乞更开封府号，赐美名，以尉氏县为刺郡，睢州为防御使，与郑、延二州左右前后辅京师。上曰：「山陵在中都，朕岂乐久居此乎？」遂止。癸酉，太祖忌日，谒奠于启庆宫。甲戌，元帅左都监承裔遣其部将纳兰记僧等，合葩俄族都管尼旁古，以兵掩袭瓜黎馀族诸蕃帐，屡破之，斩馘士卒，禽其首领，俘获人畜甚多，是日捷至。 |
