24  | 夏四月癸巳，河东宣抚使胥鼎言利害十三事。长胜军都统杨圭伏诛。丙申，河南路蝗，遣官分捕。上谕宰臣曰：「朕在潜邸，闻捕蝗者止及道傍，使者不见处即不加意，当以此意戒之。」权参知政事德升言：「旧制夏至后免朝，四日一奏事。」上曰：「此在平时可耳。方今多故，勿谓朕劳，遂云当免，但使国事无废则善矣。」己亥，曲赦山东路。癸卯，籍赴选临当官为军。乙巳，罢都南行尚书六部。侯挚言九事。曲赦蒲察七斤胁从之党，募能杀获七斤者，以其官官之。丙午，以调度不给，凡随朝六品以下官及承应人，罢其从己人力输佣钱。经兵州、府其吏减半，司、县吏减三之一。其馀除开封府、南京转运司外，例减三之一。有禄官吏被差不出本境并罢给券，出境者以其半给之。修内司军夫亦减其半。丁未，故皇太子启菆，赐谥曰庄献，戊申，权葬迎朔门外。 |
