| 210 | 知延安府吕惠卿奏乞依吕大忠例，暂赴阙奏事，章敦谓曾布曰：「边事方尔，可谓不识紧慢也。」李清臣曰：「此必有挹魁柄之意，或恐有引以为代者，吾属危矣。」布曰：「此无虑，魁柄岂易挹邪！」十一月癸巳，进呈，帝曰：「惠卿何可来？」众皆言无来理。遂诏止之曰：「如有所陈，条画闻奏。」 |
