137  | 先是帝访宰辅以灵武事，参知政事李至上疏，以为：「灵州不可坚守，望释李继迁之罪，厚推赐与，降诏绥怀。」反覆言之甚切。至是继迁遣使修贡，求备籓任，帝虽察其变诈，方在谅暗，姑务宁静，因从其请，复赐姓名、官爵。甲辰，以银州观察使赵保吉为定难节度使，遣内侍右班都知张崇贵赍诏赐之。甲寅，遣张浦还。 |
