79  | 己未，以龙图阁直学士、知成都府赵拚知谏院。入谢，帝谓拚曰：「闻卿入蜀，以一琴一鹤自随，为政简易，亦称事邪？」故事，近臣自蜀还者，必登省府，不为谏官；大臣以为疑，帝曰：「吾赖其言耳。倘欲大用，何必省府乎！」拚上疏言任道德，委辅弼，别邪正，去侈心，信号令，平赏罚，谨机密，备不虞，勿数赦，容谏诤十事。又言吕诲、傅尧俞、范纯仁、吕大防、赵鼎、马默，皆骨鲠敢言，久谴不复，无以慰搢绅之望。复论五费，谓宫掖、宗室、官滥、兵冗、土木之事，多见纳用。 |
