216  | 八月甲午，中书省言：「内降旨与官者八百八十馀人，已除三百，未除者犹五百馀。请自今，越奏者勿与。又外任官多带相衔，非制。」御史台亦言：「御史、廉访使官，宜从本台公选，不当从诸臣所请，降内旨用之。」帝曰：「凡若此者，卿等皆当执勿与。」未几，省臣复言：「比有应入常调者，夤缘骤选，或未入仕及已尝废黜，亦复请自内降。计奉诏禁革之后，所降内旨。复有百馀。中书政务，他人辄得干请，责以整饬，其效实难。自今铨选、钱谷之事，请如前制，不由中书议者，不得奏闻。」从之。 |
