78  | 乙巳，军器临主薄沈该直秘阁、知盱眙军，措置榷场之法。商人资百千以下者，十人为保，留其货之半，赴泗州榷场博易，俟得北物，复易其半以往，大商悉拘之，以待北价之来。两边商人各处一廊，以货呈主管官，牙人往来评议，毋得相见。每交易千钱，各收五厘息钱入官。其后又置场于光州枣阳、安丰军花黶镇，而金人亦于蔡、泗、唐、邓、秦、巩、洮州、凤翔府置场，凡枣阳诸场，皆以盱眙为准。 |
