35  | 丙寅，诏曰：「朕惟偃兵息民，帝王之盛德；讲信修睦，古今之大利；是以断自朕志，决讲和之策。故相秦桧，但能赞朕而已，岂以其存亡而有渝定议耶！近者无知之辈，遂以为尽出于桧，不知悉由朕衷，乃鼓唱浮言以惑众听，至有伪造诏命，召用旧臣，献章公车，妄议边事，朕实骇之。仰惟章圣皇帝子育黎元，兼爱南北，肇修邻好，二百馀年，戴白之老，不识兵革。朕奉祖宗之明谟，守信睦之长策，自讲好以来，聘使往来，边邮绥静，嘉与宇内共底和宁。内外大小之臣，其咸体朕意，恪遵成绩，以永治安；如敢妄议，当置重典！」 |
