25  | 八月戊寅朔，宗正少卿兼直史馆范仲入见。帝云：「以史事召卿。两朝大典，皆为奸臣所坏，若此时更不修定，异时何以得本末！」冲因论熙宁创制，元佑复古，绍圣以降，弛张不一，本末先后，各有所因，不可不深究而详论。帝云：「如何？」对曰：「臣闻万世无弊者道也，随时损益者事也。祖宗之法，诚有弊处，但当补缉，不可变更。 |
