67  | 甲戌，诏：「裁宗室授官法，惟宣祖、太祖、太宗之子，择其后一人为公，世世不绝；其馀元孙之子，将军以下，听出外官；袒免之子，更不赐名授官，许令应举。」初，吕夷简在仁宗时，改宗室补环卫宫，骤增廪给，其具后费大而不可止。韩琦为相，尝议更之而不果，至是遂行之。 |
