60  | 辛亥，罢制科。自孔文仲对策忤王安石意，因言于帝曰：「进士已罢诗赋，所试事业，即与制科无异，何必得置是邪？」帝然之。已而秘阁考试所言应制科陈彦古所试六论不识题及字数皆不足，至是吕惠卿执政，复言制科止于记诵，非义理之学，遂诏罢之。 |
