33  | 癸未，孙升奏：「祖宗用人，如赵普、王旦、韩琦，此三人者，文章学问不见于世，然观其德业、器识、功烈、治行，近世辅相未有其比。王安石为一代文宗，进居大任，施设之方，一出于私智。由是言之，则辅佐经纶之业，不在乎文章学问也。今苏轼之学，中外所服，然德业器识有所不足，为翰林学士，可谓极其任矣，若或辅佐经纶，则愿陛下以王安石为戒。」世讥其失言。 |
