90  | 夏四月己丑，右仆射韩缜罢。先是台谏前后论缜过恶甚众，皆留中不报。太皇太后宣谕孙觉、苏辙曰：「进退大臣，当存国体。缜虽不协人望，要须因其求去而后出之。」刘挚等攻之益急，缜遂乞出，以观文殿大学士知颍昌府。内批：「缜自以恐妨贤路，故乞出外，视矜功要名而去者，缜为得进退之体，宜于制词中声说此意。」矜功要名，盖指蔡确、章敦也。 |
