62  | 先是御史台以状申中书云：「检会《皇佑编敕》，常朝日，轮宰臣一员押班。近据引赞官称宰臣更不赴，窃虑此《编敕》仪制别有冲替，伏乞明降指挥。」中书不报。辛酉，中丞王陶因以状白宰相，又不报。乙卯，陶遂劾奏韩琦、曾公亮不押常朝班，至谓琦跋扈，引霍光、梁冀专恣事为喻。甲子，琦、公亮上表待罪。帝以陶章示琦，琦奏曰：「臣非跋扈者，陛下遣一小黄门至，则可缚臣以去矣。」帝为之动，而陶连奏不已；帝以问知制诰滕甫，甫曰：「宰相固有罪，然指为跋扈，则臣以为欺天陷人矣。」 |
