87  | 八月甲午，诏曰：「近年谷丝丰收，尚念耕夫蚕妇，终岁勤动，卖钱不足以偿其劳，而郡邑或勿加恤，使倍蓰以输其直，甚亡谓也！其令诸路监司，严戒所部，应民间两税，除折帛折变自有常制外，当输本色者，毋以重价强之折钱。若有故违，按劾置法，可令临安府刻石遍赐诸路监司、帅臣、郡守。」 |
