92  | 辛酉，枢密院言：「绍兴初，吴玠、杨政画蜀、汉之地以守，自散关以西付之玠，梁、洋付之政。蜀中诸边，散关为重。愿与二三大臣讲求蜀中守边旧迹，令制置司同都统司公共相度经久利便。据兴元都统制彭杲申，大散关边面，系凤州地界，隶西路安抚所管，淳熙二年，凤州改隶兴元。窃以大散关系对境冲要，最为重害，兼缘凤州郡事见系文官，即无屯守之兵，各无统领，亦非本司号令所及，缓急之际，议论不合，或有乖违，即误国事。请将本州知州令本司选择奏辟，弹压戍兵。」诏：「彭杲于统制官精选练于边防、民政之人，具名闻奏。」 |
