251  | 丁巳，殿中侍御史单时言：「伏睹制旨，监司于所部保明郡守，郡守于所属保明知县，县令治状显著，令中书、门下省籍记，取旨甄擢。然人之才术，各有分量，吏之治迹，未易稽考。愿训敕监司、郡守，列其所举之人治状之目，详著于荐书。然后大明赏罚，举得其实则受上赏，举失其实则置重宪，庶几选举之法复矣。」从之。 |
