66  | 癸未，辽耶律沙以援师至，战于高梁河，宋师击之，沙败走。会薄暮，休格自间道驰至，人持两炬，宋师不测其多寡，有惧色。休格与色珍合军，分左右翼奋击，休格被三创，战益力。学古闻援师大集，开门列阵，四面鸣鼓，居民大呼，声震天地，休格乘之。宋师大败，帝乘驴车南走。休格创甚，不能骑，轻车追至涿州，获兵仗、符印、粮馈、货币不可胜计。 |
