| 8 | 甲辰，改武德司为皇城司。帝尝遣武德卒潜察远方事，有至汀州者，知州王嗣宗执而杖之，缚送阙下，因奏曰：「陛下不委任天下贤俊，而猥信此辈为耳目，窃为陛下不取！」帝大怒，遣使械嗣宗下吏，削秩；会赦，复官。 |
| 9 | 庚戌，亲飨太庙。辛亥，郊，大赦，御乾元殿受册尊号，内外文武加恩。先是有秦再思者，上书乞当郊勿赦，且引诸葛亮佐蜀数十年不赦事。帝颇疑之，以问赵普，普曰：「国家开创以来，具存彝制，三岁一赦，所谓其仁如天，尧、舜之道。刘备区区一方，用心无足师法。」帝然其对，赦宥之文遂定。 |
