9  | 庚戌，亲飨太庙。辛亥，郊，大赦，御乾元殿受册尊号，内外文武加恩。先是有秦再思者，上书乞当郊勿赦，且引诸葛亮佐蜀数十年不赦事。帝颇疑之，以问赵普，普曰：「国家开创以来，具存彝制，三岁一赦，所谓其仁如天，尧、舜之道。刘备区区一方，用心无足师法。」帝然其对，赦宥之文遂定。 |
