115  | 戊辰，卫肤敏疏论：「先朝嫔御皆至行在，建承庆院以处之，又置升旸宫以治兵器及服御所须之物，而使内侍典其役。或母后戚里之家，有所干请，间以内批御宝行之，人言啧啧。望以承庆营缮付之扬州，升旸造作归之有司，戚里内侍有干请过例者，勿复降出。其锡赉之费，量力支赐，则人言不戒而自孚矣。」上嘉纳之。 |
