106  | 癸未，吕公著入见，太皇太后遣中使赐食。公著上奏十事：一曰畏天，二曰爱民，三曰修身，四曰讲学，五曰任贤，六曰纳谏，七曰薄敛，八曰省刑，九曰去奢，十曰无逸。又上奏言：「先帝新定宫制，设谏议大夫、司谏、正言，员数甚备。宜选骨鲠敢言之士，遍置左右，使职谏争。又，御史之官，号为天子耳目，而比年以来，专举六察故事。伏乞尽罢察案，止置言事御史四人或六人，仍诏谏官、御史并须直言无讳，规主上之过失，举时政之纰缪，指群臣之奸党，陈下民之疾苦。」 |
