264  | 甲子，诏：「蔡京特降授太子少保，依旧致仕，在外任便居住。」制略曰：「轻爵禄以市私恩，滥锡予以蠹邦用，借助姻娅，密布要途，聚引凶邪，合成死党。以至假利民而决兴化之水，托祝圣而饰临平之山，岂曰怀忠，殆将邀福。屡有告陈之迹，每连狂悖之嫌，虽仅上于印章，犹久留于里第，偃蹇弗避，傲睨罔悛，致帝意之未孚，昭星文而申谴。言章继上，公议靡容，固欲用恩，难以屈法。宜褫师臣之秩，俾参宫保之官。 |
