28  | 八月庚申，行幸同州。壬申，还宫。甲戌，以天左皇后父大将军陈山提、天右皇后父开府元晟并为上柱国。山提封鄅国公，晟封翼国公。开府杨雄为邗国公，乙弗寔戴国公。初，高祖作刑书要制，用法严重。及帝即位，以海内初平，恐物情未附，乃除之。至是大醮于正武殿，告天而行焉。辛巳，荧惑犯南斗第五星。 |
