16  | 十二月壬子，以柱国、蒋国公梁睿为上柱国。癸丑，荧惑入氐。丁巳，以柱国邗国公杨雄、（为）普安公贺兰暮、郕国公梁士彦、上大将军新（安）〔宁〕公叱列长（文）〔釜〕、武乡公崔弘度、大将军中山公宇文恩、濮阳公宇文述、渭原公和乾子、任城公王景、渔阳公杨锐、上开府广宗公李崇、陇西公李询并为上柱国。庚申，以柱国、楚国公豆卢绩为上柱国。癸亥，诏曰：「诗称「不如同姓」，传曰「异姓为后」。盖明辩亲疏，皎然不杂。太祖受命，龙德犹潜。籙表革代之文，星垂除旧之象，三分天下，志扶魏室，多所改作，冀允上玄。文武群官，赐姓者众，本殊国邑，实乖胙土。不歆非类，异骨肉而共烝尝；不爱其亲，在行路而叙昭穆。且神徵革姓，本为历数有归；天命在人，推让终而弗获。故君临区宇，累世于兹。不可仍遵谦挹之旨，久行权宜之制。诸改姓者，悉宜复旧。」 |
